Papa John's Spring Pizza Special To Benefit The Foodbank

 

Dayton, March 25, 2009 – From March 30 through May 2, Papa John’s customers in Montgomery and Greene counties will have the opportunity to save money and feed the hungry at the same time!

15 Papa John’s locations will offer a special discounted price of $6.99 for a large one-topping pizza to any customer who donates 2 canned goods to The Foodbank. Donation barrels will be at all participating locations. Papa John’s delivery drivers will collect the canned goods for all delivery orders.
 
In addition to collecting canned goods, Papa John’s will donate $1.00 to The Foodbank for each order placed on April 29. “We are thrilled that Papa John’s is doing this wonderful event, and contributing to fighting hunger in the area,” states Burma Rai, The Foodbank CEO. “Now, more than ever, The Foodbank is relying on the compassion of community partners such as Papa John’s Pizza.
